Let me be perfectly clear. This company and it's representatives are deceptive and harassing! I will be filing a harassment case against them today with a BBB complaint. I reached out to them about selling a home 6 months ago. JL Homes had a representative reach out to me, they lowballed the hell out of my home! It's ok...I expected it and said no thank you. I have been contacted about 15 more times since then and I have tried to be nice but that has gone to the wayside. They will not stop harassing me and calling at all hours. Stay away, shady representative and trying to steal your home for pennies on the dollar.

I spoke to Francis, she was very unprofessional to the point that where I hung up on her because she didn’t wanna hear what I had to say, and then she kept calling me back. It was like a stalker every time I hung up on her she called me back. It happened five times. So I asked to speak to her boss and then she pretended like she didn’t have a boss and then she finally admitted she had a boss, but wouldn’t give me his name and phone number. I definitely will not be doing business with this company. And if I could give the stars I would.

Shina called to set up an appointment with the purchasing manager Gerson. No call from him at time set up. 2 days later still no call from them. If this is how the company treats new customers. I will not be doing business with them.

I highly recommend this company so far especially Johnathan Gerson Florez and Michael. Company needs a better way to update people.
