Bought home in 2022 in this community from Miller & Smith. In past 9 months, we continue finding the corners the build took to cut cost but yet charge us the premium price. From powdered sinks to uneven landscaping, loose door handles, nails sticking out, etc - while the warranty company (prohome) refuses to honor the workmanship, as we were told the warranty will cover. Overall, not worth the price. Do not recommend this builder for future.
New Homes, really nice community only half sold can get 6 beds 5 &1/2 half bath or little as three beds and 2 & 1/2 baths screened porch options priced in the 500k
Very nice neighborhood, quality homes, many wooded areas around the community
Great customer service.. Homes seem decently built.
