Willow Manor at Cabin Branch

I moved here a few months ago, and let me just say that I am so happy to call Willow Manor at Cabin Branch, my home! Daveen and Andrea are the best ever! Daveen was so patient and professional with me throughout the entire process. My experience here has been truly enjoyable. I couldn't have chosen a more ideal place to live. I recently visited my Aunt at Willow Manor at Cabin Branch and I was truly impressed with the courtesy of the staff! Andrea and Daveen really are going above and beyond to treat residents and guests with kindness, respect and dignity! I actually inquired about moving in but I was 2 years too young to become a resident! But I did say that when I hit 62 , I will be applying! Great job staff, keep up the fantastic service!

Andrea and her staff at Willow Manor greeted me in the very beginning of my application process. Showed me kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism during the whole process of getting excepted to be a resident. I’ve been here for a month and the facility is gorgeous from aesthetic and well maintained. I feel safe here. The security is more than adequate with technology that keeps the residents feeling comfortable and safe. The mailroom is well kept and free of clutter and the trash chute room never has a smell. The grounds are beautiful and the office staff always greets you with a smile!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful the staff at my mother’s apartment building are—Andrea and Daveen. They’ve been incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and it means so much to know she’s in such good hands. My mother absolutely loves living there—the building is beautiful, full of great amenities, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. She truly feels at home and is looking forward to being part of the community for many years to come. Thank you, Andrea and Daveen, for all that you do!

I moved here a few months ago and this is one of the best apartment community that I have ever lived. The front staff is amazing and very helpful. The manager Andrea is wonderful. If there is any problem at all, her willingness to help you is awesome. I am so happy that I decided to move here and can’t wait to see how this apartment community will progress.
