The Elms at Clarksburg Village

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the overall quality of services in the residential complex. Garbage collection is poorly managed and often left in a messy and unhygienic state. In addition, customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful when issues are reported. Furthermore, the lack of a proper welcome or basic support for residents creates an unfriendly and unprofessional environment. This level of service does not meet reasonable expectations for a residential community. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

I lived at The Elms at Clarksburg Village for 7 plus years, and I have had the worst apartment living experience of my life. I just recently moved October of 2025. The property manager Arva Walker has a bad attitude, never responds to emails, and has no problem speaking down to people. The office staff never answers the phone, and screen calls, never return messages, and rarely return emails unless you have a service request. I have dealt with mold for the last 3 years, and all they do is wipe off the walls, and/or paint over the mold ( yes I have pic.s). The ventilation is awful. Love living here @TheElmsatClarksburg. Staff is always on point and the maintenance crew is very helpful. Thank you so much for providing us a community of support and encouragement to get to know each other with fun activities!

Woke up to my vehicle being vandalized... no lightning throughout property when sun is down...trash particles blowing throughout property grounds...oh and the rent portal doesn't work properly...so don't think your balance is accurate. DON'T MOVE HERE

I’ve been living at Elms for over 4 1/2 years, and I appreciate the promptness and professionalism of the maintenance staff. Mr. Jorge, in particular, has consistently addressed any issues I’ve encountered with diligence and a friendly demeanor. He demonstrates a strong attention to detail and always arrives on time. I would also like to commend the office staff for their welcoming attitude and their commitment to looking out for the residents. Their efforts contribute significantly to a positive living environment.
