I had the worst experience imaginable at 512 Reynolds Road. The receptionists were incredibly rude, and no one seemed to take responsibility for anything. There was no leasing manager available to address complaints about the staff's behavior. The apartment I leased was in terrible condition—filthy, with a disgusting smell, and a kitchen that was in a miserable state. To make matters worse, there were rats and cockroaches everywhere. I only stayed for two days, but it was a nightmare waking up to rats at my feet. Despite emailing the leasing manager multiple times, I received no response. After numerous attempts, the unhelpful receptionist eventually told me they would only refund my deposit. I feel completely deceived by this company—they essentially stole a month’s rent for an uninhabita

Nice people to work with. Carefully screen applicants, you know your neighbors are safe to live with. This is my apartment. Nicely maintained, quick response to maintenance requests.

Toured and applied. Provided adequate proof of income. They denied our application from a fabricated income amount, found nowhere in the documents we submitted. Essentially scammed us out of our application fee without any intent to rent to us. Edit to address owner response: 35% of our provided proof of monthly income was $1,317.50 more than the cost of this rental. It seems you can only respond quickly to reviews spelling out the facts of your business practices, since you declined to return my email and phone call. Your team's incompetence is on full display with each of your snarky responses.

I have now been living in my apartment for about seven year, I can only speak for myself. I will say this, whenever I need anything done, they come and fix it, there is never an issue with that. They are very professional. Sall associates have always been good to me. I love my appointment!

The apartment itself is old, but not a bad price for the size. My biggest complaint is with the company itself. As I was moving out, the company scheduled apartment tours before confirming the days and times with me and before confirming the end of my lease. They will stand you up when touring their units, and have not fixed the roof which causes the back porch to become completely soaked. I would not recommend any of the apartments they manage, unless you are willing to deal with an incredibly unprofessional company.
