I have lived here for almost two years now. My move in was good as Randi was great to work with. The maintenance team is great as well. They respond quickly when a problem arises and are very nice guys. I travel a lot for work and the location to the airport has been good for me. Now for the downside. The place is really dirty, Never once has the breezeway been cleaned, it needs pressure washed. Not once in two years, please see picture. There are not enough trash cans, they regularly over flow and people just dump in on the ground in front of the bins. Please see picture. My garage door is very dirty, never cleaned. The grill has been broken for over 4 weeks now and we are in prime grilling season, I keep being told "in two weeks" today is July 1st and it still has the out of order si

I wouldn’t recommend renting from a company that tries to defraud their tenants like Salish Flats is attempting to do to me. Worst experience ever, don’t rent here. Salish flats decided to withhold my entire deposit, and charge almost $600 in “cleaning fees” and “renovations” after I moved out. This is a classic landlord bully tactic, and I won’t stand for it. I took lots of detailed photos on move out and will be taking this to small claims court. There was an inspection a few days prior to move out, and I confirmed with the inspectors that the state of the apartment was acceptable. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly before leaving, and there were no damages to the premises. Taken from 5 to 3 stars. The complex is now under new management and it's really bad. I am very disappointed with how things are now run and how little residents are cared about now.

Update: We finally moved and I want to respond to management’s response. The dog DID not get removed. It would wander around outside unleashed and at one point it came into our apartment when the door was open. We called numerous places to get help with the dog and it was always returned to the owners. We eventually stopped caring and I just felt bad for it. I was reimbursed 250 after the google review was put up, but I’d like to think something would have been done regardless. The dog issue was never truly resolved and being military we were able to request orders out of the state. This was a very traumatic experience for myself and my children. We were also accused of using foul language at the upstairs tenants kids after repeatedly ringing our doorbell/ banging and then running away…
