RENTER BE AWARE! I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex handled our move-out and refund process. We were wrongfully charged $300 for “negligence” that the management cannot provide any actual proof of. The photos included in the move-out packet do not show the issues they claim, and every attempt to request evidence has been met with vague responses, delays, and unprofessional communication. Despite giving them multiple business days to respond, management kept repeating the same generic statements without addressing the actual concerns. When moving out, they conduct a walkthrough with you—but then insist on doing a second "final" walkthrough AFTER you leave, when you’re not there to challenge any bogus charges. I lived here for a year and my car was broken into numerous times. Management blames the “owners” of the apartment for being too cheap to invest in security for residents. Stay far away from this place they only care about money and show it. update: The security they hire do not even monitor the entire facility. They sit at the front office and watch one building where you get mail. This is on tribal trust land and as a tribal member let me tell you the tribal police leaves allot to be desired. Long response times are just one of the many issues as well as even getting ahold of someone at the tribal police office to file a report about the numerous break ins. This apartment is not a safe place to live.

I had the privilege of vacating one of the apartments at 47 north. It started of great 6 week free and I on county benefits for housing. I recieved assistance from Housing Authority from frontier behavioral health. Long story story my voucher was taken and I worked upwards of 60hrs for 2 years at two different jobs one full-time and one part time. I slipped my disc and was unable to work during May. Kendall was very inconsistent and she did not approve of me living there. I missed payroll that week from the slipped disc and required a doctor's note to go back to work but I had to schedule an appointment a month away and I had to quit to recieve insurance because they said I make too much. I was evicted June and July my lease was over July 31st. They charged me for 3 months of rent plus fee
