If rent is mishandled in office, instead of investigating others who manager claims to have access to the office, management will charge rent twice in the first week of the month or face penalty fees. Tenants deserve proper care and respect. I had to Google, who I can talk to because manager refused to give me a number or email to contact. Formal complaint has been made to Whitewater Creek Corporate Office and Washington State Housing Finance and Commission. Police report filed. Make sure you do your homework. Drive through and notice the usual overflowing garbage, dog waste receptacles spilling over, dog waste around the property. Management at this property is non existent. Just looking at the door to the office will give you an indication of how professional this company is. Beyond frustrating and sometimes scary living here. Whitewater Creek and their employees should really be ashamed of how they treat their tenants.
