The pros: modern appliances, it appears they try to keep the place up. The cons: they claim that their just over 500 sq ft 1 br apts, are 725 sq ft. I moved in before current management took over, it was listed at 526 sq ft, which is accurate. I moved from a 720 sq ft apt and their 1 br apt is much much smaller. They claim that the builder told them to put that size. They would just laugh when i would ask where the other 200 sq ft of my apt was. The breakers constantly trip out of the blue. Even while you're sleeping. They will gouge you with move out cleaning. The speed bumps in the parking lot will mess up your suspension. Your car will probably be broken in to. Anything of value that is easy to move will be stolen from the 1st and 2nd stories. People let their pets go pee on their balc

So lets start with this before this current situation I would have given 5 stars.... BUT... The contract you sign only applies to you, not to management. I'm saying this because they changed the billing for what's included in your lease to external billing. So, if you signed up for 1420$ everything included.....so PER 30DAYS your bill is 1420$ what the contract says....now it's not the case even tho your contract says the terms are active untill next year....from my understanding that's a big no no. SO we signed on for X amount now we don't know what are total due is every month. As I said if this didn't happen I would have given a huge 5 stars.

02.10.25 update. Really appreciate my heaters are working fine, never had an issue with heat or hot water at my place.Maintenance requests are completed within a day and Rachel is always on top of the game with it. Rachel and Kelly are always friendly and professional , available to answer questions, schedule work orders or help with a lease . I stop by the office frequently and always had good experience , customer service is an A+.

Management has taken to giving prizes for good reviews so I'll give you my honest opinion of the place. Price is not worth it and I know it will only continue to rise each time I have to renew. Over 1300 for a single bedroom with average appliances. Also carpet. Nobody likes carpet. It's simply an excuse to take your deposit. My vehicle has been broken into 4 times in a little over a year. Mine and other vehicles have had windows broken multiple times. They have security drive through but it's useless. Signs for cameras everywhere but there's not actually any cameras. This place desperately needs to be fenced in and gated. When you complain about it they tell you "tough luck" On to a couple of positives, it is very quiet here.
