Updated Review I’m updating this review because management chose to respond publicly here, while not responding to the many emails sent regarding both unresolved ceiling repairs and repeated payment notices they claim I owe. For clarity, the incident occurred on January 14th. My bathroom ceiling began leaking heavily. Not a drip, but a continuous stream of water. While my children and I were inside the apartment. Water which smelled like sewer came through the bathroom heat lamp fixture, which is separate from the standard light and controlled by a different switch. This created a serious safety concern due to the presence of water in an electrical fixture. I am a current tenant and I am writing this review to document ongoing issues with billing transparency, communication, and responsiveness. Management has repeatedly claimed that I owe an additional $110, yet has been unable to explain where this charge originated, what it is for, or when it was incurred. When I attempted to pay rent, my tenant portal reflected an unexplained extra $110, without any itemization or written explanation. Tenants are only able to pay rent online, and partial payments are not accepted. This means tenants are required to pay the full amount shown in the portal or risk late fees, even when part of the balance is disputed and has not been explained. Quite literally the most disgusting apartment I have ever moved into, and I am not one to leave reviews. The day I toured the unit, there were multiple red flags: holes and dirty spots on the walls, filthy and rippled carpet, broken appliances (including in the bathroom), missing blinds and door stoppers, paint splattered on the countertops, and poorly patched doors that were never sanded or painted. I brought all of this to the leasing agent’s attention. She acknowledged the issues and said maintenance would fix them before move-in — even mentioning that they’d replace or stretch the carpet. Decent apartments however their sprinkler system is whacked. Your car will get soaked if parked near any grass. The dumpsters get full over flowing full other than that not bad! Ps note: Management will offer you nothing if your car gets wet from sprinklers and it dries hard water stains on your car .......Fyi

Copper landing is good since i move here and it's save for my kids do play out side
