Staff was nice. Ryan homes themselves wasn’t. Went to look at the model home and they sat down us and go to sale house instead of let us see model home. I still got to see model home I asked if we do this after they let that but then a few days later I was not approved over silly nonsense. Taking business elsewhere and may go to new state.
My family and I could not be more pleased with the support we received from the Ryan Homes team! From Laura and Kory, who got us started, to Matthew who made the process smooth and understandable. Great job guys!!
