My husband and I had a wonderful experience building our first house with Ryan Homes, and that is largely thanks to the incredible team of Minnie, Patrice and Kevion. The home-buying process can be overwhelming, but they were both so helpful and supportive every step of the way. What stood out the most was their patience; they answered every single one of our questions (and as a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions!) and never made us feel rushed. Also, we entered the Model house many times just to plan our move-in (what to bring, what to leave etc) and they always made us feel comfortable with that. Im super excited about my new home and have had the best experience so far. Minnie is extremely helpful and energetic. Kevion is great too! All questions get answered and very professional. Picking out the colors and the details to customize my home was incredible! Being a part of the building is amazing! The pre construction meeting was nice. Phil went in details thoroughly about the home and left no stone unturned. Can’t wait for the next phase of the build and then the big day of closing and moving! Can’t wait!
