I’ve been here a few times with my family to get stuff handled and we hoping to move here soon or beginning of next year it’s all in gods hands. Praying for a miracle. We love this area & the home is breathtaking & very calm.

I paid $4,000 earnest money to purchase a home here with finance contingency as well as additional VA addendum in purchase agreement, when Brad Kenworthy denied me funding through in-house lender NVR. Brad Kenworthy told me I should get a refund after I was denied September 2025. I never have received the earnest money refund. I was initially promised a 4.5% VA loan by Aaron Buckingham and told I was prequalified by my initial finance application, before I signed purchase agreement and paid earnest money. However, Brad Kenworthy at NVR denied me financing to purchase after I paid the $4,000 earnest. According to our agreement i was to get a refund for $4,000 for finance contingency. Instead, Aaron Buckingham demanded I reapply with another lender at NAF with a higher mortgage rate at 7.2%.
