The office manager said it goes by how many people live in the apartment. Funny, because my neighbor downstairs got 2 people more than me living in their apartment and they told me their bill wasn’t even close to what they charged me. I’m about to pay $167 dollars for December on my electric bill and i was gone for 14 days. Last month in November my electric bill was $181 and when i contact the office the new manager gave me a $200 credit, which i did appreciated, but i’m not complaining about paying my bill, i just need to know how you guys decide who’s paying more and who’s paying less?
