Roaches, stained dirty carpet in the hallways. Residents smoking in front of entrance door. Entrance doors always being left open by other residents so security issue. Ransoms hangout in the our parking lot smoking and drinking. Cars getting broken into. A/C gone out twice in the span of 3 years and takes months to get fixed with no communication or empathy from management. Management is terrible, office don’t answer the phone. Maintenance people are nice but not well trained on fixing/repairing things properly. Also mold in bathroom. Entire building smells terrible soon as you open the door. Leaving soon and wanted to give people a real review on living here. DONT DO IT! Also raise rent every renewal with no upgrades to your unit. Tried to give them a chance but it’s got worse every year

I come here regularly to visit my loved ones and quite frequently. I have been hit with a nasty odor coming down the hallway that never really seems to go away and it really is extremely disturbing and concerning why the smell is here and why it lingers. It really frustrates me walking in and out the building. I previously left a review about the horrible odor in this building four months ago, and unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been properly resolved. What concerns me even more now is the lack of safety. The main building door is extremely difficult to open, like literally it nearly took my arm off just trying to get out. The entire process was easy. I love everything about my apartment and the location. Added bonus, the Cota bus line. Everything is very accessible.

Having lived at this location for over a year, I found the prices to be acceptable, although the neighborhood was a mix of excellent and intrusive neighbors. Throughout my stay, pest issues persisted despite pest control treatments. I had to purchase alternative solutions that proved effective. Kayla provided outstanding service but faced limitations due to management's oversight. Unfortunately, management demonstrated a lack of understanding and flexibility, particularly regarding veterans' services. The move-out costs were excessive, considering my deposit was forfeited through the lease lock program. I was also charged for normal wear and tear and certain medical equipment-related issues.
