Rome Park Villas

We are going on our 3rd year here and everything is good except for the roaches in our unit. For some reason we have an infestation and the pest control only comes once a month. They need to be coming every week. Our first year was fine no issues but since last year these roaches have been an issue. We will not be renewing our lease this October.

The apartments are really nice but having trouble with maintenance. I had a toilet that was running and had them come out twice. Now I am currently 19 days without a washing machine. I was told that they had to order a part, they finally send someone out with what I assumed was said part and he tells me they have to order a part. Having a teenager in sports and a three year old means I am having to spend lots of money on laundry mats. No one can tell me when I will be able to have a working washing mashine

Please DO NOT move here if you have children or you fear dogs being off their leash. I have lived here since Aug 2016 and there has been several incidents that I have reported to leasing office concerning pets (dogs) being off their leash!! I am told by the leasing office to put my complaint in writing and that it is my responsibility to find out apartment number the resident lives in in order for them to serve them a warning, while residents continue to have their dogs off the leash outside roaming around and when asked to secure their dogs they blatantly show disregard and disrespect. The owners in this complex believe their dogs can roam loose with no leash since they only accept pets under 25 pounds here but take no consideration if their dog attacks an innocent child or adult. Shamefu

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are nice apartments but not worth the money especially if you have kids and they will definitely make up something to keep your deposit when you move out so don’t expect that back.

I'm going to be honest I never talk with a filter so I'm going to be truthful so far they've been good to me I love the area because you have schools grammar school private schools you have shopping plazas in the community that's within walking distance a variety of stores restaurants and it's a nice and peaceful and quiet community far as management they've been good to me so far I have nothing bad to say at this point and I am going on my third lease 👍👍
