Management is not good. I went 3 days so far with no heat (in the middle of winter) and it's so hard to reach the office. Every time I call I get the answering service, who just leave a note for the office. I also reported broken blinds (via email, phone, and rent portal) repeatedly for 8 MONTHS and they were never fixed.
