Francisco and his crew at Pojoy are excellent! They just finished the renovation of two bathrooms and basement in my home. All of their work was of superior quality. This included replacing tile, installing a new shower, lots of interior painting, wallpapering, installing laminate flooring, recessed, lighting installation, and some additional odds and ends. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with Francisco and his crew. They are all courteous and hard-working. They left the job site orderly and clean each day. Came in on time and within budget. We look forward to working with them again to do some exterior masonry work. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Pojoy, they were a pleasure to work with. They replaced a rubber roof, deck and installed an exterior door. They were profession, punctual, hard working and paid attention to every detail. Francisco was very patient and communicated well. All my questions were answered and every suggestion he made improved the result of what I wanted done. They stand behind their work and came back to make adjustment when the change in seasons impacted the fit of the door. I look forward to hiring them again. How often can you say that about a contractor willing to work in the city!

I recently had Pojoy painting at my home to paint 5 room ceilings. Two of the rooms had knotty pine ceiling beams which needed meticulous cutting around the beams. The two gentleman Francisco had do the work were wonderful paying careful attention to detail. They were careful with protecting my furniture and floors which I appreciated very much. They came early in the morning and worked very hard till late afternoon. They were friendly while also being professional. The ceilings came out beautifully and I am very happy with the results! We just had our deck completely rebuilt and changed into a side porch, the front porch roof fixed and the top deck replaced. They did a great custom job according to our design and at a reasonable price. The quality of the work is high and they were very responsive to any additional requests. They cleaned up the site carefully after finishing the work. Francisco and the crew were very nice to work with. We are very happy with the work and will come back to them for future projects.
