If you want to live here be prepared to be watched 24 7 like some kind of animal under a microscope 🔬 😉, they will kick you out just for feeding birds 🐦 🤣🤣 never felt so uncomfortable living in a place before.They even asked me one time why I'm getting my own mail lol they thought I didn't live in my own building I paid rent in . They got authority issues .would do 0 stars if I could.

This is a well-kept property for elderly people 62 and older. It is right on the waterfront with great views of Nahant Beach and the Boston skyline.

Katherine is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with, she is very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. looking forward to working with her in the future.

I got a free room which was awesome my daughter and I played for 7 hours and still walked away with money. We were too tired to play anymore LOL

This is a nice property having laundry and a community room. waiting for a walk through
