My husband and I looked up kinglynn apartments beautiful place maybe our next move. We've looking to tour Thank you Mr and Mrs Johnson ❤️

There is no realistic visitor parking at this complex, yet management aggressively enforces parking rules against cars without stickers. The manager regularly drives around looking for vehicles to cite, which feels excessive considering there are no proper alternatives for guests. Residents have families, visitors, and support systems. Without designated visitor spaces or clear guidance, enforcement feels punitive rather than practical. This issue could be easily fixed by adding visitor parking or adjusting enforcement policies. Until then, it creates unnecessary stress and frustration for residents.

Absolutely LOVE living here! It's quiet, quaint, clean and the office fixes issues right away. Loving it here so far!

Amazing apartments n nice courts. Kid parks could use upgrading and the speed bumps are insanely large. Careful if low ride vehicles
