Great building! The former manager, Romell, was very nice and polite, always organizing fun activities for the residents. The new manager, on the other hand, is not very pleasant. She doesn’t introduce herself to residents when approaching them and, unfortunately, comes across as quite hostile.
Gateway at 700 Washington is just a #GREATPLACETOLIVE!!! Clean, organized and also an awesome location. Romell, David and their crew are always willing to help when some support is needed. My family love this place!
Very well maintained and managed property. I was a former resident for about 4 years. The property manager Romell was always super helpful. During the warmer weather he had little events for the kids and residents. The maintenance staff were also very kind and closed tickets in a timely manner. Awesome place to live!
I am very grateful to be here at GatewayNorth it is very well kept.its quiet,safe, and clean environment To raise my daughter.nothing or nowhere is perfect but GatewayNorth has been perfect for me considering my past apartments.thank you GatewayNorth for all that you all do to keep your residents safe and in good hands.and thanks to the building management Romell for your hospitality a heart to serve the people.God bless 🙌 🙏
