I have had the pleasure to get know the office and maintenance staff here for the past several years and they're a wonderful set of people making a difference in the lives of all the residents, especially the children. From Catherine, Amber, Gaby, and now Christopher in the office making sure the building runs smoothly. Moreover, Victor, Daniel and Danny plus the rest of the crew in maintenance, working extremely hard to maintain the building and continue to keep a sanitized environment for the families. It's a beautiful, lovely environment and well taken care of by the beautiful hearts of all the employees of Cobbet Hill. God bless them.

I’ve lived At Cobbet Hill apartments for 20 years I live on the 500 Essex St. side and I’ve seen this building go through a great deal of changes for the better. It’s a great place to live it is located with convenient access to most things throughout the city of Lynn. Also with easy access to Boston, by car, bus or commuter train.

Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I am a current resident at Cobbet Hill and in my experience, the current manager and staff in the office and in the past have been very friendly and helpful and have been very proactive when it comes to any issues maintenance. The maintenance staff are very respectful and immediately attend to any issues with respect. In the time I’ve been here I have had no experiences with roaches, rats, nor bedbugs, thank God the only issue that I do have is completely out of their control long waiting list for two bedroom besides that happy tenant! thank you😊

There has been no hot water in my boyfriend's apartment for several days, and he has complained about this issue multiple times. I feel like the management is giving him the runaround to avoid addressing the problem. A few years ago, he didn’t have to deal with this issue, but now it has been ongoing for four days without any resolution. It's unfair for all the tenants in the building to live without hot water, and he should be able to shower at any time .

Since I began looking into Cobbet Hill for my affordable disablity housing needs, Marissa worked closely with my husband and I through all the paperwork and document signing to qualify for our apartment. She was detailed and professional in her demeanor always and very helpful. Once in our new beautiful apartment, the management and staff continued Marissa's hands-on assistance, emabling us to make a comfortable home here. Our neighbors are a friendly and respectful towards everyone and all common areas are very clean and well maintained.
