Take the 30 seconds to read. promise. I’m pretty positive that a lot of these five star reviews are just an accounts that are created just to leave some of these reviews behind. I have been living in these apartments for over five years and every two years. It seems like they switch management because the building continues to have incredible issues. For example, in the summers, none of the first floor windows can be opened because they have an incredibly bad spider infestation that occurs on them. There will be literally hundreds of spiders all throughout the bottom floor windows. nothing gets done about it. However, if you look over to the property, that’s attached to the Riverwalk building they occasionally have an outside company come down and clean off the windows. The dog park. Fo

I am absolutely thrilled with my walk-in tour! From the moment I arrived, Sorilyn and the entire management team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and informed. Every question I had was answered with patience and genuine care. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the experience not just easy, but truly enjoyable. I left feeling so impressed and confident this team is hands down outstanding! Highly, highly recommend!

Sorilyn gave me a tour of River Walk Apartments and she was amazing. She was very professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the building. These apartments complex are amazing. I am so happy at my new place. Everything so modern and clean. The administration aspect is/was the biggest thing for me. The girls so welcoming and professional. Very quick to contact and respond back. The comfort and quality of living here it’s worth every penny. The buildings are at the right location, close to everything and just 2-3 minutes away from the location. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone out there! Kindly, Johanny

I honestly regret even considering this apartment complex. From the moment I interacted with the office staff, it was a bad experience. Jasmine was completely rude and dismissive when I asked simple questions, and Sorilyn always seemed upset and was constantly arguing on the phone instead of helping residents professionally. The management alone is enough to turn anyone away, but the issues don’t stop there. Packages are constantly being stolen, and the cameras are “never working,” which feels like a convenient excuse. The gym is always down, and when it’s open, most of the machines don’t even work properly. For the amount of rent being charged, you’d expect at least basic security, functional amenities, and respectful staff. Very disappointing overall.
