Riverside Apartments

It’s okay, but cheap infrastructure. You can hear everything from your neighbors. And the dogs…. Why does 75% of this community accept the responsibility of owning a dog (big dogs, usually), and neglect to pick up (big) excrement??? Apartment mngmt makes empty threats that never get actioned. Give tenants a tip line or something because this is disgusting.

My family and I stay at Riverside apartments was great and they thought the same! Jill & Michelle in the office are thorough and understanding people!..... Great parking, the pool is awesome, and it was super quiet for me. Greatest experience I have ever had living around other people. 👍

I toured these apartments today with my girlfriend and it was such a bad experience. For starters, we walked into the office and everyone just looked and ignored us for a couple minutes. Then, the lady who gave us the tour seemed bothered and uninterested. She gave off discriminating vibes when she started to tell us information that isn't listed anywhere online, after finding out the two of us were looking for a 1 bedroom to share. For example, telling us we have to make 6x the monthly rent when online it clearly states to make a combined income of 3x. It almost seemed like she was trying to convince us not to choose the apartments at one point. Just wow. This place needs to work on their sales pitch for sure. Or change what their website is saying.

Horrible management they said we have noise complaints but no knowledge of it when we should have a document of it, the walls are very thin you can literally hear everything. she talked as if she was oblivious to anything i was asking like she could care less which i mean she probably doesn’t care but still there is a certain way you talk to people. Would not let me speak to anyone above her said she was texting him so he can call me still have not heard anything. There is nothing for the kids to do they are not even allowed to play with chalk. None of the amenities they said they would have are not there. The gym is very small, pool is also small and when we would go people would just stare at us probably because we are african american. The communication is off there.

Do not rent from here. They may be cheaper than most, but when you move out, they hit you with ridiculous charges. I left my unit, spotless and was charged $150 cleaning fee, another $300 for some sort of application fee and another random charge called "AUTOCHRG" it was about $70.and also a key deposit charge for $150, all keys were returned.
