Rivergreen Landing

Very clean, lots of parking and a nice playground for the kids. I walked just the grounds due to rental manager was not available. While I was walking around, I met their maintenance manager, I asked couple questions and he was very pleasent and welcoming. When I have time, I will definitely have to go back and take an apartment tour before I make a decision where to move.. Highly recommend.

I moved in here on November 12th '24 & it was still being built. When I came here the city inspector was going around checking things out. Because he said it was "safe" to live on the complex I moved in very soon. After moving in I noticed my dishwasher wasn't working, the heater wasn't & still isn't working, my front door had a draft because it wasn't put in tight enough, my fridge was & still is very loud because it's touching the walls and now my washer doesn't work. A man came out to check it & told me he needs a 2nd man but it would be fixed or replaced by Friday (4 days after he saw it) I was called by the company and scheduled an appt for yesterday (10 days AFTER what I was told) but they called me yesterday and said that they were not able to get the parts yet so they couldn't com
