Riverdeck Apartments

I lived here for 14 months and overall had a pretty positive experience. A great place to live. Lots of good resteraunts, a great grocery store, Amazon locker, and park within a very short walking distance. Maintenance is friendly, takes good care of the property, and gets repairs done quickly. The water feature provides a nice ambiance, and the abundance of tall redwood trees provide plenty of shade for all the units. Also well maintained and cleaned 24hr laundry rooms are really nice so you can do laundry whenever. All this for the price is a fair deal. I definitely would recommend 👌.

Its decent. Especially useful if you are moving from out of state since the lease here is month to month. We moved to another place (closer to work) after staying here for < 2 months. They returned about half of our deposit after charging for carpet cleaning etc (which, apparently, is decent for bay area apartments). We didn't like the layout of the one-bedroom apartment though. The bathroom was too small. The management and the maintenance staff is really helpful. Lot of indian families in the complex and bharat bazaar / el camino is close by as well.

It was a wonderful stay, great tenants, friendly staff, and a great location, very quite and peaceful and especially the lake view with ducks which my new born kid loved. I has no issues with neighbors or anything.

nice location....bathroom are very small ...no gym...tons of other problem
