Riverdale Villas

We have been living here for over couple of years and now with the new leasing management everything has fallen into place for us. We finally got to move up into another unit with bigger space for my family and affordable! Overall we are satisfied with them helping us due to the last management not being so helpful with other concerns but they have been taken of now! The landlord is the sweetest person & I can tell the passion she has for helping others when it comes to moving such as affordable rent. Maintenance is great too and responses pretty quick to help resolve issues.

So for those whom are looking for a great apartment complex. Riverdale Villas is a great place to live. Yes outside is outdated but inside is home. The young lady is the front office, her name is Mora she is phenomenal. Always helpful with anything you need.

Just moved in very quiet I like the area I love the leasing office staff. She’s amazing thanks for everything.

I really loved Ms. Mora! She’s a great manager and a lovely person. She’s the reason I stayed here so long, I’ll miss this place honestly.

I have been a tenant for about 4 years and I must say this has been the best apt I’ve had since I moved to GA. The affordable rent , the maintenance is always on time and the landlord is the best. I recommend this complex a 5🌟
