Ms. Mary is one of the best leasing representatives , i have had the opportunity to be assisted by, The grounds are kept to a standard and my needs are always met... Would i recommend this property, yes i would especially if you looking for a safe place to reset, start over and plan your next journey.

Mrs. Mary is truly a God send. She cares passionately about the community and most importantly the residents. She has made impactful changes and big improvements to create a clean and safe space for the tenants. My experience there was great. My unit was clean and fresh,no issues non whatsoever.Maintenance issues were resolved lightning fast usually same day or 1 day max. The grounds were kept clean and the dumpsters are emptied daily. The community is well kept and the convenient to shopping,schools and church. Home is what you make it. A few neighbors were a nuisance at times but Mary and her team work diligent to keep the bad seeds out. No issues with roaches. Pest control service is included in your rent. The bad post, I can assure you are from the bad seeds. I highly recommend giving

DONT MOVE HERE! It’s roach infested and my son was assaulted and they didn’t fix my sink ! All these problems and more I documented and brought to the attention all communication has been documented! These are all lease violations so I left and they are saying I owe them 4k for breaking the lease when they clearly didn’t cure my issues for months ! How dare they put me in such dangerous situations and not do anything about it and then trying to mess up my credit ! Through it all I paid my rent on time while I was there didn’t bother anyone and gave them notice in writing why I was moving per lease violations ! I read my lease and I did the right thing they still saying I owe !! Fix this or I’m taking you to court and if I miss work I’m suing for los wages

I been staying here for years, and I must say you will never get a apartments complex that understands that life is hard at times, they will help you find resources to help with your bills is you need the help…

I will.loke to say Mrs Mary and the office staff are incredibly nice and kind. They will work with you if you are having issues. My apartment has no rodents at all and no issues. Thank you again office staff for your professionalism and warm welcome
