River Oaks Apartments

I lived here for almost 4 years and it was a very bad experience since the beginning because it was infested of roaches and it was horrible we spend a lot of money trying to make them go but it never worked 100% because the conducts to the other apartments are connected. They came very few times to put some poison for that but it was like nothing because they only put in the kitchen.. now that we left they are charging us $120 for that when it was like that since the beginning. In addition to this, they charge a lot for appliances that are not even worth that value anymore. Lack of professionalism especially with the manager Maria V.Rodriguez that was always overpowering and rude.

I been living here 5 years and I am grateful for my community. The staff is so helpful the maintenance man comes out past hours office hours for emergencies. I remember in my very first year here my daughter needed to print some symbols she found on Google for a project. She'd just used the last of the printer paper and my wife was out with the car. I send my daughter along with her sibling to the office to ask Ms Maria if she could spare any paper to help her with the project. To my surprise they return with the pages already printed and spare paper just in case we needed to print some more. River Oaks staff is the bomb.com and than some..

I enjoyed living there. The apartments are spacious the family like atmosphere made living there a dream. I am sad I had to move. Loved the office staff always so nice and professional.

I'm going to be completely honest the unit I lived in was sort of peaceful considering the area. the only thing my neighbors that lived across from me had a couple of kids that were always playing at outside but it wasn't really a big deal I did let management know but I didn't make a complaint about kids are kids. fast forward when my lease is up so I usually paid my rent on the 5th of every month because of my work schedule well this particular day I go in and pay my rent I also hand in my I believe 60 days notice to move. now at this time its almost time for them to close i honestly don't remember now why she didn't take it at that time i think she said i was missing something or something to that nature i was told to bring it back tomorrow which was a Saturday i stated that i wouldn't

I am past resident at Riveroaks in Florida city. Once I had a situation where I had to contact higher up their Corporate office with that toll free number that they give out. It a fake it is only a answering service agency. They have no corporate office it's all smoke and mirrors. They say they will call you back in 24 hours. It never happens. All fake and corrupt bad business practices. Shameful.
