So much change with landlords and with every change things get worse. Young teenagers tampering with your cars, houses mysteriously being broken into, no parking spaces so you're forced to park far from your door, people with pets let their pet dogs poop in front of others doorways not paying attention to where the dog is going and every weekend teenagers are hanging out on the back side of the office shooting, loud, running all over the place in large groups. I don't know, maybe I'm expecting too much from a place that was never like this but as I stated, it gets worse everytime there is new management. This landlord is no better. They talk change and does nothing.. Not too long ago my best friend Chris Dukes passed away and the night before his funeral which September 1st was the fune

Redland Arms Apartments New Management is AWESOME ! I love her attitude and her professionalism. I have notice a huge change in the apartment complex. It is much cleaner and safer then ever before. She really cares about her tenants needs. If you ever need a place to rent and be treated fair you must come to Redland Arms of Florida City. See Ms V. Camacho Mike Lee

Nice and clean neighborhood and the grocery store is conveniently close by. There are cameras too so i feel alot safer. Our landlady is super nice as well.

First Off I’m Going To Say Miss Veronica Is A Life Saver , She’s Very Creative When It Comes The Complex , Ever Since She’s Been Here The Complex Has Majorly Improved , She Always Get The Job Done No Matter How Big Or Small !! She Always Get The Job Done I Love Her

I've never lieved in a greater place and Redland arms apartments it is very cleaning quiet the management is great whenever you need anything updated in your house there on top of it And the manager Veronica she is very sweet this place Needed alot of changing and she's doing great putting it together
