Ambar Key Townhomes

My experience with Ambar Key has been absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to Stephanie, the manager, and her incredible team, Saskia and Ely. Their customer service is top-notch! They were always smiling, friendly, and more than willing to assist with any questions we had along the way. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares and takes pride in making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. Stephanie and her team made everything so easy. I highly recommend Ambar Key to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Ellie and Natasha made the process so easy and we’re so professional and effective efficient employees! They made it seem so simple and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I spoke to Ellie on the phone. I honestly have to say they have been the best leasing office employees I have dealt with I have not one negative comment to make about neither of them. I was greeted professionally my documents handled carefully and they moved fast I didn’t feel Like a number or like my paper work would just collect dust. Thank you Natasha and Ellie you ladies are rock stars! May I add the maintenance men were respectful and greeted me professionally as well they were hard at work and still took a second to acknowledge and say hello.

SUPER RUDE THE RECEPTIONIST THEY ARE STRICK WITH SOME INDIVIDUALS, NOT OTHERS THEY DONT GIVE DOCUMENTS IN SPANISH AND WILL SAY WE ARE IN UNITED STATED OF AMERICA NEED TO READ ENGLISH YOU DONT SPEAK LIKE THAT TO A SENIOR CITIZEN SUPER RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT A NEIGHBOR THEY GO AND TELL THAT NEIGHBOR IT WAS YOU THAT COMPLAINED .. YOU DONT DO THAT BAD BAD PEOPLE WITH GUNS TOO IN PARKING LOT SITTING AND DRINKING ! SHOOT OUT HAVE HAPPENED MANY TIMES THE MANAGER IS THE WORST INCOMPATANT THEY MAKE A MISTAKES IN OFFICE AND COVER IT UP VERY VERY WELL !

Quite place. Office and maintenance generally respond fast to tenants. Attention is important for: -Please ensure that appliances are in working before new tenants move in. - Assign parking spots. The ones in front of units are more convenient. This is necessary to ensure the safety of tenants. - The last portion of the fence to the street is open, and some people who does not belong to this community and may be up to not good use to it to get inside Amber Key. Please fix it.

We have been living here going on two years now. Management has been fair with us. They provide the detailed cleaning instructions up on moving in (most places don't) along with the rules and responsibilities of the community. The community tends to be quiet and kid friendly. Brenda and Stephanie in the office tend to be as helpful as they possibly could. They do everything within their power to make the community comfortable and fair. If you are thinking about moving here I would definitely say check it out. It could be the best decision you've ever made. Good luck Brenda, we are wishing you all the best 😍😍
