My name is Becky I used to live here about 6 months ago. It started off great until it was always an issue with something.. before I moved they had an offer that if you referred someone to move in you’d get a gift card of 50$ , well it’s been 6/7 months and I have yet to receive anything, now all of a sudden it’s “ oh the person should have lived with 3 months and paid rent on time”. This was not disclosed when I left. These people are scammers!!!!

Horrible horrible the managers dont work for anything no respect to tenants only the preferred ones. They answer the phone only when they want. THEY CHARGE WASHER DRYER EVEN IF THEY REMOVE FROM HOUSE. THEY WILL CONTINUE CHARGING THE $55 FOR WASHER AND DRYER ! And if you decide to buy one they WILL NOT REMOVE THE ONES THEY PLACED

This was my first time moving on my own with my daughter & I and I had the pleasure of doing the process with Brenda who made it super easy and fun. At first it was a bit rocky due to my neighbors and a situation they had going on but with myself and management helping this issue it was resolved and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is super nice, the management always comes through when needed and they keep the community nice and clean. I’ve enjoyed living here these past 8 months. I’m happy to call this my home 🏡

Brenda is an amazing office manager at Ambar keys. One of the smoothest transitions Ive ever had moving into a new place. From the start, she is been very attentive and knowledgeable. She anticipated most of my conerns moving in and any issue me and my family has had so far has been fixed pretty promptly, sometimes the same day. I would strongly recommend going to Brenda, as you will be in good hands.

Been living here for the past 3 years. The office staff handles every situation in a timely and professional manner. Very helpful. The property is very well kept by its maintenance crew. Maintenance crew is quick to attend to any problems that you might have. I reported my a/c broken about 2 months ago and within 30-45 min they had my a/c working again. Overall it has been a great experience living here
