Please make sure you check everything before buying. I'm really disappointed with them. The bathroom tiles looked dirty at first, but it turns out they had bad stains from being left outside in the rain before installation. Even though the damage was clearly there, they still went ahead and installed them, and now they refuse to fix the issue. On top of that, the fridge was listed in the inspection report as needing to be replaced, but it was never changed. Very unprofessional.

Great homes. Nicely built out of concrete. Built sturdy and to last. No blocks just concrete poured in and shape into the home. Impact windows, nice living area, feels very safe. Now the builder needs to work on their time schedule. Client bought home that took months and months to get finished. Client is happy once house was move-in, but the wait was very negative.

I am in love with these houses the people who sold them to me are really nice
