River Glen Apartments

The two years I spent in River Glen were great. Mike is an incredible landlord and was extremely communicative and responded to any messages within minutes! He was extremely understanding and answered any and every question we had. You couldn’t ask for better management, and you can tell he really cares for the property and the tenants. He was also incredibly generous with the security deposit return after deductions! The apartment was furnished and a wonderful size, and the balcony is so large. There is also so much storage! Our couch was brand new (with tags!) and having a furnished bedroom was great. Mike even updated our bathroom the first semester when we were away on holiday break and it was a great renovation. He also took care of packages that had arrived when we were away to keep

My experience living here was excellent! The location is very close to campus, the place is well-kept, and it comes furnished. The management is super kind and helpful and does a great job attending to any issues very quickly. I enjoyed it so much that I signed a lease again for a second year. I would highly recommend it!

My experience was absolutely amazing. Any maintenance issue was taken care of within 24 hours. It is right across campus and you have two bus stops less than ten minutes away. The apartment was clean and came fully furnished. The new management is professional and cares for their tenants and it shows in their customer service. The new renovations were absolutely amazing as well. It's also pretty quiet and disturbances were limited to none. Overall, it's a great apartment complex!

DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT bc the landlord will try his best to get your deposit when you move out!!! This apartment is really bad and awful!!! This is the most terrible apartment I have lived!! In the beginning I rented this bc I thought the rent was cheap. But during the winter because the apartment was so old, the gas fee came up to more than $200 per month. Not including that, when I moved out, the landlord arbitrarily and greedy deducted 80% of our security deposit with very ridiculously reasons. Because we didn’t do anything about that!! It’s the previous tenants did that before I moved in! Besides, they don’t have a website which can automatically charge your rent every month. So you’s better pay rent timely because they will charge you very expensive fine w/o telling you. Really d

One of the better apartments around this area. Its right across from campus and super well maintained. The view is super nice and having your own balcony is a huge plus. I would highly suggest this place to anyone that wants convenience and comfort.
