Best apartments in East Lansing! Lived here the past two years and cannot say enough great things about the amenities, staff, and location of The Abbot. You truly cannot find a place closer to campus. So excited I released and can’t wait to live here again next year!

The Abbot is such a great place to live. I’ve really enjoyed having all the amenities and feeling safe and comfortable in an apartment. There’s a security guard working every weekend. The rooftop is unlike any other apartment. Especially being able to view, all of campus from my bed has been even better!!

The best off campus living experience! The amenities and units are all new, clean and comfortable, and the location is very walkable to campus and downtown. The views of campus are unmatched, and the building hosts events and activities for residents. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful, I would absolutely recommend living here.

Really great location close to campus and bars. My apartment itself is super amazing with a great view. Comes furnished which is super nice and has a great gym and roof top. The only downside is the trash shoot is randomly closed for months but we still pay for it. Other than that super great place to live.

I have lived and the Abbot for almost an entire school year and it has been such a great experience. I moved here with 2 of my greatest friends and we truly have gotten the best experience of a college apartment for our senior year at the Abbot. With the amenities, being so close to campus, and my job being across the street it really makes it hard to complain about anything. I am so grateful for the late night security as I come home late hours from work. The building staff is all so helpful and nice, that if there are any issues they are always willing to help. I 100% would sign a lease here again if I wasn’t a graduating senior.
