James Edward Builders helped us build our dream house. It’s been a few months since we moved into the new house, and we are extremely happy and grateful. At first, we didn’t know what to expect when building a new house. But when we met Tom and talked with him about it, he made us feel very comfortable and confident. Tom is a good listener, easy to work with, and someone who went the extra mile to help us. His friendly team at James Edward Builders was also wonderful. If we ever build again, we will not hesitate to reach out to Tom. I don’t think we could find a better person to build our house. Thank you, Tom, and your team! It was a wonderful experience!

Jame Edward Builders did an outstanding job building my custom home! Tom and his team were so committed to make sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way as the building process progressed.They were incredible helpful with ideas regarding the many decisions I needed to make so that my new home was just as beautiful as I hoped. And Tom’s integrity, honesty and fairness was and is absolutely the best. He is truly a man of his word. Tom and his team built our family a beautiful multi-generational home! From design to final walk through, they guided us through the process step by step - always ready to answer questions and work through the inevitable hurdles of home building. I was particularly impressed with how much the contractors enjoyed working for Tom. A strong indication of his integrity and work ethic. His genuine care for our family made this an incredible experience. Highly recommend!

This was not our first new home build. The process was pretty seamless from design to completion and the team was very attentive to issues that did arise. The entire team was easy to work with. Staying in budget was a bigger challenge than we had hoped due to the nature of the process- no way to stay on top of material increases in today’s climate that are not under anyone’s control. Very happy with the outcome!

I'd tread very cautiously with this company. Many years ago Tom came to our older farmhouse to give a quote on remodeling our kitchen, and put James Edward Builders forth as experts in remodeling older homes. We liked him, and the quote, so hired them. Workers came and did the demo and that was pretty much the last we saw of anyone. We'd be told that workers would be there at 8am and no one would show up. No calls, no show, no nothing. We had one day where a worker showed up considerably after the time they were supposed to, stayed for half an hour, then left. We ended up firing them after months of no call, no show and no kitchen, and having someone else do the job for us. Again, this was years ago, but James Edward Builders treated us very poorly and never made any effort to make things
