Cedar Village Apartments

We had a great experience touring apartments at Cedar Village thanks to Aiden Rao. He was super helpful, friendly, and patient while showing me and my two friends multiple units. He answered all our questions clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciated how honest and knowledgeable he was about the apartments and the area. Highly recommend getting a tour with him if you’re looking at Cedar Village.

Not going to lie, this is probably the worst apartment I've ever lived in. The management is genuinely terrible. I will say the staff is very nice but whoever manages this property does not care about this complex. They are horrific with managing maintenance requests. It was 15F outside and the heating in my apartment was out for an entire week. Every couple of weeks something happens to our apartment. Either the dish washer breaks, the microwave or some other issue occurs. When we moved in to the apartment was genuinely filthy. There was grease in the oven, the cabinets have sticky residue on it, and there were literal nails in the mattress. They also charge you close to 90 dollars for WIFI and it doesn't even work. Collin Davies was a huge help for me and my roommate. He walked us through our rent breakdown and helped us figure out which floor plan made the most sense for us. The apartment is located near the campus and has friendly and helpful staff, but that's about it. Insane price even when compared to other off-campus options, with zero amenities. The 2-bedroom apartment only has a small AC in the living room with no cooling in the bedrooms, so good luck if your room runs warm. The apartment looks nice minus a bad paint job. Overall, it’s okay for a college apartment, but not worth the price when you can go somewhere else for around the same price and get more and better for your money.
