I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Management is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with great layouts and plenty of natural light. I also really appreciate the amenities they’re well kept and make living here even more enjoyable. The location is another big plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. I’ve been living at Landmark on Grand River for the past two years and have had a great experience overall. The amenities are solid and well-maintained, and the community itself is a great place to live. I especially want to shout out Dom in the leasing office—he’s been a huge help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He’s always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. I’d definitely recommend Landmark to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live near campus.

The building is modern, clean, and in a perfect location for MSU — close to campus, restaurants, and bars, which makes everything super convenient. The biggest highlight has been the leasing staff, especially Chloe. She was honestly the reason I chose Landmark. She was knowledgeable, patient, and actually cared about answering all my questions instead of just trying to rush me into signing. The whole leasing process was smooth and stress-free because of her. Amenities are solid, maintenance is responsive, and overall it’s been a really good place to live. If you’re looking for student housing near MSU, I’d definitely recommend Landmark — and ask for Chloe if you can.

My daughter moved into Landmark this past fall and the experience has been great so far. The location is ideal and the amenities are top notch. I especially want to recognize Dom in the office. He has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. It is reassuring to know there is someone in the office who truly cares and is always willing to help.

All I have to say is WOW! I personally love the property. What makes it even better is the service of the leasing agents that the office has. I believe the woman who helped me was Mikalah Hevel. She was very kind, helpful, and supportive with all my questions and needs. Overall, it made the place feel more homely. I’ve experienced disorganized people in other areas and that was not the case here. Great job to her for her work ethic, keep it up!!
