River Edge Apartments

This management is so bad don’t even try to move over there because they don’t give attention to their tenants,they are so i respectfully I submitted an application and they told me they would give me an answer tomorrow, okay, no problem. Then the day passed, nothing. The next day, still nothing. I called, the phone rang but no one answered. I called three times. On the fifth day, which was a Monday, they said they opened at 9 AM. We went there, but they weren't open. I called again and again. I didn't receive any emails or messages. And after I kept calling, they finally told me that my application wasn't approved, after almost 10 days.

I visited the leasing office yesterday morning for my two back-to-back 15 minute tour appointments, but never got to to tour the units. I waited outside the leasing office door for nearly 20 minutes, along with a current resident and another lady. We rang the doorbell several times, knocked on the door and waited. I called twice and the calls rang all the way to voicemail. We could hear the phone ringing in side. I even sent an email, which I still never received a reply to. We could hear a man inside and some children, but not once did he come to the door. I took time off from work to do this tour and didn’t even get to talk to anyone. Along other Major issues we are in the middle of spring and only 58 days until summer and our grass has not been treated once nor cut since the winter weather has broke. Our grounds are looking very unkept. Being we are by water there are So many gnats. Our apartments haven’t been PROPERLY inspected nor treated for the yearly Routine to keep ants etc out. Not to mention there’s a pool and fitness center advertised - we do not have either. In my opinion this Complex is cutting major corners that will very soon cause bigger issues.

Do not move here. Outdated everything, stoves don’t even have a clock. Yes new fake Reno’s but w cheap materials and making spaces smaller to make more bedrooms is insane. Mice infestation during cold months and only puts bandaids on the issue; how about plugging holes rather than leaving sticky traps for residents to have to remove. They “call” exterminators but only has ONE outdoor trap for 2-4 clusters at a time lololllll. I had to hire my own exterminator which found in 5 min my entrance was the linen closet and plugged the hole. Living on River Rd power is going down no matter what. They wait until the HVAC is completely dead even though middle of winter you have no heat and give you baby heaters to only heat one room (they make it cute by showing you how to troubleshoot). The new management is extremely professional. They are in it for the long haul! I’m told that they will be renovating the units updating all the lighting throughout the premises. We understand that it’s a work in progress and we can’t wait to see the results. Management is also working tirelessly to attract a family friendly and professional clientele. Keep up the good work!
