Rise Mountain Ridge

Love the area…. Hate the fact that assigned parking spots are pretty far from the apartments…. There is also many cars just parked without ever being moved. Some with expired plates. If they are not gonna be moved, why not park them farthest away from any apartments. If I was not to find a parking spot closer, idk what I’d do since someone is using my ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT…. Besides all the parking issues. Laura is super nice. I love my apartment but does need work.

My sister and I have lived here for more than 5 years. Very well kept community, location is super convenient, pet friendly and great management! We’re having to move due to a job transfer. 💯 recommend

I lived here for two years and had a fantastic experience. Laura in the office is amazing. She’s always helpful, friendly, and quick to answer any questions you might have. The property itself is well maintained and offers great amenities, including a dog park, a laundry facility, a pool, and multiple grill stations. I’ve since moved to California, but if I ever return to Arizona, this would be my first choice. Highly recommended

Awesome apartment complex. Very well maintained, quiet, and cozy. Laura is an amazing property manager and maintenance has always been nice, especially Billy. Repair work orders were always done within a few days and Laura is great at communicating any updates. I lived here for 4 years with my daughter and we will miss our apartment!

I lived here for several years and this apartment complex is by far the best living experience I've had in an apartment in the entire Phoenix valley. This is mostly in thanks to Laura, the amazing office manager who is always kind, helpful and attentive to the needs of residents. If I wasn't moving out of state, I'd continue to live here for as long as possible. To whomever owns this complex - GIVE LAURA A RAISE! She absolutely makes this place what it is and deserves to be recognized for it.
