DO NOT MOVE HERE. There should be a negative star option. The only way they have 4.5 stars is because they corner you into writing a good review before you even sign the lease because they seem great at first. The stars must stay after deleting your review after finding out that it is INFESTED WITH ROACHES. It looks great in pictures, it’s not. Please, trust me. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

Before moving here we were bouncing house to house for about 4/5months because nobody wanted to work with our 2 yr eviction til we found rise broadway. Came in with my mom we spoke with Wendy and she got us an apt by the next day . We could not believe how easy it was because we applied so many places ended up wasting about 400-500 on applications somewhere else to be denied. I love this place and Wendy did her thing , we appreciate her so much!

Living here has been absolutely miserable. I was woken up at 6:30 AM today by loud maintenance work, painting next door and an industrial fan that sounded like a vacuum running nonstop. This is not a one-off situation. I am woken up by maintenance noise on a regular basis, and there is zero respect for residents’ right to sleep or have any sense of peace. What’s even more telling is the constant turnover. I’ve watched many residents move in and then move out shortly after, often seemingly abandoning the property altogether. People clearly don’t even want to deal with this place anymore and don’t care about breaking their lease just to get out. That alone says everything. It’s honestly shocking how poorly these apartments are run. Between the nonstop disturbances and complete lack of cons

Wendy is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us secure an apartment in just a few hours. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the whole process stress-free.
