DONT DO IT..!!! Considering the price and location, my expectations were already pretty low.I’ve been here for about 5 Years now & it constantly gets Worse, October I had a leak in my roof which led to a big water bubble in my ceiling, maintenance cut a huge patch of the popcorn ceiling out, and still hasn’t been back to fix it. I try to be understanding but it’s been 5 months and there’s still a patch missing from my ceiling. When I reported some type of black mold looking substance blowing out my vents the answer was Paint, without protection they proceed to get paint on some of my clothes and furniture. These managers seem too high and mighty to speak to anyone other than potential residents. I empathize with the guy at the front desk, it’s clear he can’t do much more than pass informa
ryan and edgar are so attentive and actively take care of your needs. if it was up to me, they’d get a raise!!! ryan has actively acknowledged my needs and swiftly taken care of them. seriously if anyone from corporate is reading this please give ryan a raise!
Do not do it Alejandra Parpa property manager is horrible Tyler Byers representative don’t even waste your time if he answers. Out of the seven years that my father lived at this property they refused to fix anything in the units They overcharge Water never works Police are in and out not a safe environment for children. Fast cars always hear yelling and loud music. The playground is disgusting. A bunch of homeless and drug abusers lounge around mailboxes are always open with homeless in the area, trash can are always over filled and nasty you. Yet after 7 years for loyalty Alejandra Parra property manger treats myself and my father like trash like if we’re not human she makes promises she can’t keep and when she called out on it she tells me to do it myself gives fakes numbers when asked
Ryan is great!! He has helped me with a couple of maintenance requests and is extremely professional and courteous. I agree with Lily... he deserves a raise!
Absolutely HORRIBLE. mold is just painted over. they tow your car out of your assigned parking spot then then tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. Add random charges onto your rent, water and sewer bills are not accurate. i could go on and on. this place is 1000% a NO. it’s not worth it at all.
