I had Ollie and he really made sure he took care of me and kept me informed about every step of the way. He did a lot on my his end to ensure my happiness with how things were going. I love my new home & my kids are happy 😊 he was very professional throughout the process & even with it being a new years weekend they pushed to get me & my family moved in with a quickness! I’m so excited to create new memories in our new home 🏠 thanks Rise Apollo !! Oh and they give welcome home gifts 🎁

I had such a wonderful experience touring this apartment community! From the moment I walked in, I truly felt welcomed like family. The property looked great, was well kept, and felt comfortable right away. A very special thank you to Andrea and Oillie — they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, patient, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. I’m very confident and excited about moving here, and that says a lot. I truly appreciate the care and positive energy they showed me. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience so far being a resident here at Apollo Heights. The office management is very friendly and attentive, they take quick attention to my work orders, as well as doing their best to ensure that the property stays clean and presentable. Which is very appreciated on my part since my family visits often. lol . I definitely plan to stick around! 🤗

From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond in every way possible. Ollie leads with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who not only handles things efficiently but also treats people with kindness and respect. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and the community. I lived at this property now were going on four months and I have never experienced a rat issue . The property management is actually very good about having pest control. Come by every Friday as long as you make sure to let them know you need it. Whenever I see reviews about someone experiencing a pest issue my first thought is always. I wonder how clean they keep their home. In my opinion, the new management is doing a wonderful job at cleaning up the issues we have experienced with prior ownership.
