This place is great!!! Amber and Ashlee in the office are always friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. They make the community feel welcoming and well‑run. The maintenance team is just as great—quick, reliable, and professional with every request. Overall, the staff here truly cares about residents, and it shows. I love living here!!

Amber and Ashlee have been wonderful to deal with. They’ve made sure all my needs were taken care of in a timely manner. The property itself has many amenities such as a playground (which you almost always will find children playing on), pool, and gym! The rooms are very spacious, that even fit a California king size bed!!

Over the years, I’ve lived in quite a few places, and good management makes all the difference. The customer service here has been very reliable. Amber and the maintenance team are always willing to help and address any concerns promptly. While I know not everyone has had the same experience, this has been one of the nicest apartment communities I’ve lived in.

We’ve had a great experience at Ridgewood West. Amber, the manager, has been amazing—anytime we have questions or concerns, she explains everything clearly and without hesitation and answers anything. The few work orders we have had have gotten done fairly quickly too. The property is really and our kids absolutely love the playground. We haven’t had a chance to use the pool yet since it hasn’t been open, but we’re looking forward to it. If you’re looking for a quiet community with nice residents, friendly staff, and a convenient location close to the highway, Ridgewood West is a must.
