Ridgeview Apartments

The property manager is amazing help and got us in quick and easy. Maintenance is awesome and quick and friendly the whole place is nice and they actually respond to the questions we may have. So far this is an amazing place to live an has great people and staff!😌

Marissa has been AMAZING for our first time renting! She is so kind and helpful! We are very excited to moving here!

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. The property manager, Marissa owes me $149. I was in a tough spot with my kids and leaving my ex-husband. She knew the situation and knew money was tight for me. I paid the application fee ($49.00) and then put money down on a specific apartment ($100). After 2 weeks she said she had rented that apartment to someone else and offered me a different one. Saying she was waiting on the approval. A month and a half later I went to get the money back. She gave me a story about needing to talk with her accountant and that the money would be ready in 7-10 days. 7-10 days later she was on vacation. I have been calling and texting her and she has refused to answer. I had to move back to Montana to live with my mother to avoid being completely home

The management staff was friendly, easy to get a hold of, and always addressed all my concerns. The maintenance staff was also friendly and fixed any issues I had within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Ridgeview Apartments and any apartments they manage!! Thank you for taking good care of us while we lived there!!

Now, going on my 4th year at Ridgeview. The community care/cleanliness, floorplans, layout, are all focused and top notch! Where this complex really stands out is with the culture the management/maintenance team has developed, specifically the past 6-8 months. They are always responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Marissa, the current Property Mgr, in every interaction I've had has so much positivity, goes above and beyond, and always leaves me feeling my residency is valued!
