City's Edge Apartments - CEA Management

Read your lease!! They do not cover plumbing!! After talking to 5 different plumbers and getting quotes for my clogged shower, I was reminded each time that it is not normal for tenants to cover it, usually management for apartments should be covering that. Also after two weeks moving in we had issues with the washer, took about a month and a half to finally getting it replaced. Maintenance is not the best at these apartments. I lived in these apartments before where I was the first tenant ever and no issues at all, but living here after others, I came to broken light fixtures, broken blinds, dirty carpet and not really clean overall. Definitely recommend doing a WALK THROUGH before moving in. Gave it two stars because the rent price and location is great!!

After living here for a couple of years. I'm impressed with the landlord, if something is wrong it does take a couple days but they get any issue resolved. I live in the townhomes and the walls are not thin. I've never lived in a place that had such thick walls. I can't hear any of my neighbors.
