We couldn't be more pleased with Jeff and the work he and his crew did. Fussy details were handled perfectly. All work was done well and when promised - and at a fair price! Follow-up - It's now one year later and the railings are as beautiful as the day Jeff installed them. We love them!

Ornamental Elegance just installed a much needed hand rail for our front steps and they hit several important items for me... I reached out to a dozen groups and few responded. Jeff at Ornamental Elegance responded to a quote request very fast. He was patient as I asked lots of questions, worked with me on options to balance pricing with needs. They always responded fast to give updates and responses. Pricing was very fair and competitive. The install team was very efficient and helped answer questions as well. The final product looks amazing. The whole process was just very professional and easy. I am already planning to use them for other needed projects as well.

Simple and professional. Very rare for constructions these days. Jeff and his team made our exterior spiral staircase. Jeff provided his expertise on design recommendations so it could be the right size for taking things up and down easily. He also provided the best safety features for safeguarding our small children. The build quality and materials are top of the line. Jeff made one site visit to get accurate measurements and was able to accurately estimate the fabrication, delivery and installation making the whole process simple.

After so many failed promises from other companies, we were so grateful to find Jeff Thomson (Ornamental Elegance) to complete our interior metal railing. We are very happy with our new stair railing for our front steps and porch. It looks great and is very solid. Jeff said they were booked out about 2 months when I first contacted him. I gave him a picture of our old rail on the stairs and porch and gave him the approximate dimensions. He worked me up an estimate based on prices at that time and by putting half down (due to rising costs of steel which allowed him to purchase at that time) he would guarantee that quote. About 7 weeks after my initial contact things started happen. Exact measurements were taken, fitting for the curvature, assembly, final fitting before painting, painting and then installation. Communications were excellent and I was notified prior to all visits. I highly recommend using them based on my excellent results.
