Hampton Place Apartments

We have lived here for almost two years now, and we’ve loved every moment! It’s so clean and well kept, the girls in the office are great and maintenance is always on top of everything! The park and pool have been great for our kiddos, and the fitness center is convenient as well!

Been living here for almost 6 months. The apartment is spacious with a full laundry room which I love. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. We rarely hear our neighbors through the walls or ceiling. We have had a few maintenance issues but they have all been resolved quickly. The maintenance staff are all very friendly. The biggest downside of this place is the air conditioner/heater are really loud inside the living room. Other than that we haven't had any issues & if we do I feel confident they will be resolved as we have had only positive experience with the staff here.

Did a full lease here. Great staff. Andrea and Emily are super helpful. Had 3 or 4 issues throughout my stay that they handled super quickly. Nothing big at all. Apartments are a great size. Parking is easy. Overall great place to live.

We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and it’s been great! We don’t have any plans of moving out until we get into a house.The staff is very nice and helpful with anything we need. The maintenance guys do an excellent job keeping the property nice, and any maintenance requests for our apartment are taken care of quickly.

The place is beautiful, the neighborhood is amazing. Fernando is seriously the best, he tackles work orders so fast and so efficiently. The only reason it’s not getting a full 5 stars is because about once every couple of weeks, it smells strongly of weed. We’ve lived in two different buildings here and the problem has been the same in both places.
