Don't be fooled by the website, amenities and model apartments. The model we went through was gorgeous. When we got the keys to our actual unit and went in the first time, we were disappointed. It was not clean, things were in poor shape. There's a HUGE cockroach problem. Maintenance has a way of saying they'll finish up later and never coming back. The screens on our windows were torn when we moved in and we asked for replacements. He came to look and said he'd come back. We got a ticket closure saying it was done and they never came back. My tub drain wasn't working and they had to cut a hole in my closet to get through to the pipe. They repaired the wall and said they'd be back to paint it. Eaglewood lofts is such a great community with so many amenities! The pricing is amazing for what is offered. Management was extremely friendly and helpful. Miguel was so professional, explained everything so I completely understood how everything works and how I setup everything. The location is great, you are close to the freeway but feel you are tucked away and in a quiet location. The property has gone through such a great transformation, It looks amazing! If you’re looking for a large apartment for a reasonable price that gives you garage access and every amenity you could think of I highly recommend this property!

Filed a complaint with BBB. Eaglewood lofts apartments. I paid $500 deposit. Refunded $233. Move out inspection approved by property manager and assistant on August 27, 2025. My unit was in better shape and cleaner than when I moved in it September of 2023. Carport space #011 was assigned exclusively to me at $50 per month. I rarely got to park in it because new property management company, LPG said it was first come first serve. They are over selling carport spaces. Tenants are paying for covered carport spaces and not guaranteed the space. It won’t let me upload parking addendum here. I have pictures when I moved in the unit and it was rough. I made sure it was thoroughly clean and inspected and approved by property manager. They owe me $250. for remaining deposit refund and $600 for co

My kids love the playground and all the holiday fun things. The school is a little under a mile away. I have my coffee across the street and a fiz for the kiddos. I keep my wagon in the garage next to the car. I also have a garden plot; they are free, and the kids love to help and pet all the friendly dogs... Okay, that might be more me. The dog park is right there.

This apartment complex is just ok. The apartments themselves have nice countertops and cabinets and flooring. The open hallways throughout the complexes are filthy though. Lots of dirt blows in from the dug up mountain nearby and management never cleans the hallways. Birds make nests in the hallways, so a lot of time in the warmer months there is bird poop and feathers in the hallway that never gets cleaned. People can spill whatever in the hallway and it doesn't get cleaned. There are many spots in the open hallway walls that dogs pee on (a lot near the entraces on the bottom floor) so it smells really bad all the time. And never gets cleaned. There are 2 pools and hot tubs, which is really nice, but again with the dirt blowing, the pools and hot tubs fill with dirt that settles on the bo
