Do not move here especially if you have young children because the new alarm systems that they recently installed are really sensitive and the whole entire apartment building goes off sometimes around 2ish in the morning and scaring you out of your sleep. I hear babies cry all the time, and you have to wait for the fire department to come and turn it off. Also, once the fire alarms goes off so does everyone's oven and you have to scan a code that they gave you to turn it back on and another thing there is no pool and no fitness center just a dog park that's not even finished and parking here sucks you can't find parking at all at a certain time. I came in for a SCHEDULED tour today at 10am to find 3 other people waiting for the building managers who weren't even in the office. We were waiting for about 15 minutes only to find out that I couldn't even tour the apartment I applied to. Completely wasted my time and I would not recommend trying to tour this place if you're moving out for the first time!

Lived there for more than 8 years. Sewage backed into the apartment multiple times, thin walls, maintenance takes forever to respond. Had issues with money orders disappearing and payments not reflecting on statement. They stole my deposit for my 2 cats and charged me for months of rent for "no notice" when I had an agreement with the property manager. Stay away.

This place is an absolute joke. My mother has been without heat for four days. FOUR DAYS. IN LATE DECEMBER! Not acceptable! All the while jacking the rent up and the absurd surcharges for heat, trash, etc. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

AWFUL! MONEY HUNGRY! ive never left a review to any business. rent is 1210 but after all the extra fees they charge you. youre paying nearly 1500 for a one bedroom. Theyve been having construction work done, but they always post papers on our doors and apt doors for proper notice. Well they didnt this time and towed my car. then had the audacity to post the notice for today, march 26th, last night. but not give us the proper notice for yesterday? tow is 400 dollars! not to mention they dont email you back! or answer their doors.
